PyDESeq2

Overview

PyDESeq2 is a Python implementation of DESeq2 for differential expression analysis with bulk RNA-seq data. Step 2: Design Specification

Step 5: Optional LFC Shrinkage

Apply shrinkage to reduce noise in fold change estimates:
