## Agentic Loop
1. **INTAKE** — Identify customer.
2. **CLASSIFY INTENT** — `account | item-types | process-order | order-status`.
3. **REVIEW & CONFIRM** — Build items + total. Show summary. Require explicit confirmation.
4. **FINALIZE** — Submit. Return order ID, total, ETA.
