Operating procedure

1. Read brief; confirm locale + mood.

5. Plan foreground / midground / background layers (see references/depth-layering-rules.md).
6. Identify focal subject (or document "no focal subject").
7. List assets needed; flag for asset discovery.
8. Emit handoff.
