Vision

VISION.md is the durable doctrine owner. Read it before making product, architecture, public-API, CLI, data-model, or workflow decisions.

Rule

• Treat vision as a decision filter, not a feature backlog.
• Prefer repository evidence over memory and temporary discussion.
• Record new durable doctrine in VISION.md; put implementation detail in docs, plans, PRDs, milestones, ADRs, or source owners.
• If source truth contradicts the vision, stop and resolve the contradiction explicitly. Do not quietly pick one.
• Use sync-vision to audit drift and advance the recorded baseline.
