Overview
This skill provides comprehensive competitive intelligence capabilities including competitor identification, positioning analysis, battlecard creation, and ongoing market monitoring. Designed for B2B technical services differentiation.
Quick Start
- Identify competitors - Direct, indirect, status quo
- Analyze positioning - How they position vs. you
- Classify reference boundaries - Decide whether competitor-adjacent artifacts are internal research/reference only, project collateral, or GTM collateral; default to research/reference until the user explicitly approves external/project reuse

Competitor Reference Boundary
When an artifact, report, screenshot, or methodology note is based on competitor-adjacent material, document it as internal research/reference by default. Do not describe it as client-facing, GTM-ready, or project-delivery collateral unless the user explicitly approves that use. Add a local README or handoff note near the artifact with the boundary and the competitor context so future sessions do not reuse it incorrectly.
