role-refactor
挙動と公開契約を維持するリファクタリングの設計と進行を Refactor agent に委譲するときに使う。重複、長い関数、深い条件分岐、責務混在、密結合などを改善するため、変更後の構造を設計し、実装とレビューの反復まで統括するときに使う。機能追加、仕様変更、単純な実装、レビューだけの依頼には使わない。
