Overview

Operate the skills lifecycle with repeatable audit and rollout routines. Focus on local integrity, runtime readiness, and export consistency.

Quick Start

1. Audit local skill folders:

   ./scripts/skills_local_audit.sh
   

2. Check runtime status from OpenClaw:

   ./scripts/skills_runtime_check.sh
   

3. Preview sync actions to gateway container:

   ./scripts/skills_sync_to_gateway.sh
   

4. Generate publish plan:

   ./scripts/skills_export_plan.sh
   

5. Run daily all-skills health check:

   ./scripts/skills_daily_health_check.sh
   

Workflow

Step 1: Local audit

• Verify SKILL.md exists for each skill folder.
• Count scripts/references/agents metadata presence.

Step 2: Runtime validation

• Run openclaw skills info <name> for each skill.
• Capture Ready or error status.

Step 3: Sync and verify

• Preview sync operations first.
• Apply sync only when paths are correct.

Step 4: Export planning

• Generate consistent clawhub publish commands.
• Keep versions/tags aligned with release policy.

Guardrails

• Do not overwrite gateway skills unintentionally.
• Run sync in dry-run first.
• Do not publish skills containing secrets.
