| description | Create and manage OKRs with objectives, measurable key results, initiatives, owners, check-ins, and scoring. Use when Codex is asked to turn goals into measurable execution plans for teams, products, projects, or personal work. |
OKR Execution
Workflow
- Define the mission and time horizon.
- Write 1-3 qualitative objectives.
- For each objective, write 2-4 measurable key results.
- Reject tasks disguised as key results; key results must measure outcomes.
- Link initiatives to key results.
- Assign owners and check-in cadence.
- Review progress, confidence, blockers, and lessons.
马斯克 Supervision
Delete objectives that do not change decisions. Simplify metrics before creating dashboards. Automate reporting only after the OKR cadence is useful.
Output
- objective list
- key result table
- initiative map
- owner/cadence table
- check-in template
- scoring and retrospective plan
