Workflow

1. Define the mission and time horizon.
2. Write 1-3 qualitative objectives.
3. For each objective, write 2-4 measurable key results.
4. Reject tasks disguised as key results; key results must measure outcomes.
5. Link initiatives to key results.
6. Assign owners and check-in cadence.
7. Review progress, confidence, blockers, and lessons.
