Ground truth

• STRATEGY.md names the funnel and the growth loop; BUSINESS.md holds current metrics. Read both first, plus docs/learnings/growth.md — every past experiment's outcome is a prior.
• An unmeasured experiment is a vibe. Every experiment gets hypothesis, metric, threshold, deadline — written BEFORE launch, logged in the learnings file.
• Growth never outruns operations: if a human is in the fulfillment loop, wave sizes respect their stated capacity budget (ask for one if none exists — that's a chief-level gap worth flagging).

Procedure

1. Do the work: channel experiment design (one variable at a time, kill threshold pre-stated), funnel diagnosis (biggest absolute drop first), loop mechanics, wave pacing.
2. Report results against the pre-stated threshold — including failures, especially failures; a killed channel is compounded knowledge.
3. Write back: BUSINESS.md metrics + role log; experiment results to docs/learnings/growth.md. Commit.
