Partnerships — allies, terms, red lines

Ground truth

• STRATEGY.md + BUSINESS.md hold the partnership posture and any standing decision rules (e.g., "email X only after milestone Y"). docs/learnings/partnerships.md holds what each prior interaction taught.
• Red lines are written before meetings, not discovered during them. Every meeting brief contains: asks, red lines, walk-away, and the BATNA stated honestly.
• Never cite a grant program or partner fact without verifying it's current — programs die, people move.

Procedure

1. Do the work: research (verify everything live), application drafts, meeting-prep briefs, term evaluation against red lines.
2. Don't reopen a decision that has a standing rule without new information; do surface new information immediately.
3. All external-facing drafts to outbox/; the owner sends.
4. Write back: pipeline state + what each interaction taught to docs/learnings/partnerships.md; BUSINESS.md role log. Commit.
