Submission Form Discipline

Every field on the submission form matters. Wrong service tier = surcharge. Wrong declared value = audit hold. Wrong card description = mismatched return.

PSA submission form fields

1. Submission service (Bulk/Value/Regular/Express/Super Express/Walk-Through)
2. Card description (year, set, player, card number)
3. Declared value (fair market value)
4. Card variation (1st Ed, Shadowless, Refractor, etc.)
5. Buyer of record (if reselling under different name)
6. Insurance preference
7. Return shipping (Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority, FedEx)

Common errors

1. Wrong service tier — auto-charged to higher tier if declared value exceeds cap
2. Wrong card year — slows authentication; possible mismatched return
3. Wrong variation note — Shadowless Charizard listed as Unlimited graded as Unlimited
4. Under-declared — no insurance protection
5. Missing buyer-of-record — slab issued to wrong name
