- 管理权限获取：普通用户提升为管理员
- 跨租户数据泄露：访问其他组织的敏感数据
- 系统完全控制：利用管理权限修改系统配置、访问所有数据
- 大规模数据泄露：利用未授权端点批量提取用户 PII
严重度判断：
- Critical：可接管任意账户、SAML 签名绕过登录任意用户、可获取管理权限
- High：跨租户数据访问、OTP 泄露导致可接管特定账户
- Medium：仅可访问低敏感度的管理信息、需要额外条件链式利用
