DeskClaw DOCX v3.0
创建、编辑和排版 Word 文档。创建用 docx-js（JavaScript），编辑用 unpack/XML/repack 工具链。
第零步：Bootstrap
python bootstrap.py
幂等设计，已装跳过。Bootstrap 完成后会生成 runtime/env.json，包含当前环境的 Node.js 和 Python 路径。
检查是否就绪：

设计决策 6 条原则
- 留白 60-70% 覆盖率 2. 对比 标题与正文 ≥ 1.5:1 3. 亲近 相关内容间距小 4. 对齐 网格对齐 5. 重复 同级标题同样式 6. 层次 3 秒看出层级
中英混排时，中文和英文/数字之间加半角空格：中文 English 中文。
