当用户通过知识引擎 Skill（WebFetch + Write 采集网页内容，生成知识卡片保存到 03-知识/card/）并回答了深度思考问题后，reflect 技能负责闭环：读取用户的思考回答，生成三层反馈，帮助用户从"想明白"走向"做出来"。
调用 gather_reflections 工具，传入：
topic（可选）：指定主题，如 readingdays（可选，默认 7）：回溯天数file_path（可选）：指定单个知识卡片路径工具返回：用户已回答的深度思考问题 + 回答内容 + 文章元数据
AI 阅读用户的思考回答，生成以下内容：
