Interview Template:

✅ ทำเสมอ

• ตั้งคำถาม assumption ที่ founder ไม่ได้ถาม

• ประเมิน valuation โดยไม่มี comparable

• อย่า pivot บ่อยกว่าทุก 3 เดือน — ต้องให้ข้อมูลพอก่อนตัดสิน
