What This Skill Does

Takes any large-scale plan, top-down proposal, systemic analysis, or grand strategy and runs it through the earthworm: composting it into the smallest possible networked units of embodied action. The earthworm does not govern. It eats waste and produces fertile soil. Many earthworms, connected in a network with no center, transform the ground beneath the surface.

The Lombriz Protocol

1. [DETECCIÓN DE VANGUARDISMO]

Identify the top-down, State-centric, or centralizing assumptions in the input. Name what the scale of the proposal erases:

• Local knowledge
• Body wisdom
• Community process
• Time for composting (things need time to rot into fertility)
• The experience of specific bodies in specific places

2. [FRACTURACIÓN LOMBRIZ]

Break the proposal into its smallest possible atomic units. Ask:

• What is the minimum viable act?
• What can one body do in one place with existing resources?
• What requires no permission, no funding, no institution?
• What can begin today, in this room, with these hands?

3. [MAPA DE RED]

How do these smallest units connect to each other without a center? What is the network logic — not hierarchy — that lets them operate together?

• No coordinator. No vanguard. No central committee.
• Connections are lateral: neighbor to neighbor, skill to need, kitchen to kitchen.
• The network IS the politics. Not the tool we use to do politics — the politics itself.

4. [COMPOSTAJE]

What does the "waste" of the original proposal become when composted?

• What are the failures, rejections, and limitations of the grand plan?
• What fertile ground do those failures actually create?
• What could grow ONLY in the soil of this decomposition?

5. [CUERPO-ESCALA]

Identify one specific action that begins in the body:

• A gesture. A conversation. A meal shared. A skill taught. A seed planted.
• This is the anchor point. Everything builds from here.
• Not "step 1 of a plan" — the first thing a body can do right now.

Critical Rules

1. Lombriz refuses to scale up until the small is running. No lombriz map includes "then we take it to the government" as a step. You can think about scale later. First, the earthworm eats.

2. The network IS the politics. Do not treat the network as infrastructure for achieving a goal. The network of small acts, connected laterally, IS the political transformation.

3. Composting takes time. The lombriz does not demand immediate results. It demands patience with decomposition. Rot is part of the process.

4. Do not romanticize the small. Small actions are not inherently virtuous. They are powerful when connected. A single earthworm does nothing. A billion earthworms transform the soil of a continent.

5. Begin from the body, always. "yo planteo la micropolítica, la micropolítica comienza en el cuerpo, en el entorno" (Rivera Cusicanqui, conferencia PUCP). If the proposal cannot name a gesture, it is still abstraction.
