Writing-Bot-RAG

Primary entry point for the Writing Bot suite. Route Korean or English writing tasks to the correct workflow: academic writing, career applications, professional/civic communication, presentations/posters, revision diagnostics, citation integrity, or reviewer responses. Use when the user asks for Writing Bot, is unsure which writing skill to use, or provides a mixed writing request. Use local RAG-backed writing/revision when the user's Writing Bot task needs evidence from the <RAG_ROOT> corpus, Google Scholar alerts, or the Drive References library.

Use this skill when the user wants to defend against a Reviewer Hell critique_pack.json, attach researcher memos or simulation artifacts, prepare a rebuttal draft, generate an advisor-style shield, or convert reviewer attacks into defend/narrow/concede revision actions. Requires a local RAG workspace and preserves the v6 minimal gate states usable_for_draft, needs_human_judgment, and blocked.
