Workflow
Step 1: Git Reality Check

Step 2: AC Verification
For each acceptance criterion:
- Is it actually implemented?
- Does it work as specified?
- Can you verify it yourself?
Step 3: Code Quality Review
- Security: Input validation, auth, data exposure
- Performance: N+1 queries, loops, memory
- Maintainability: Naming, abstractions
- Error handling: Edge cases, failures
- Tests: Real or placeholders?
Step 4: Gate Decision
PASS: All AC verified, no critical issues
REVISE: Issues executor can fix, return with feedback
FAIL: Fundamental problems, needs re-planning
Step 5: Update main.md
