retryPolicy/delivery-sdk-handlers.ts	Retry interceptors composed with httpClient in consumers
types.ts	HttpClientParams, etc.

Changing behavior

• Coordinate with contentstack-typescript when changing interceptor signatures, default timeouts, or error shapes.
• Run npm test and npm run build before PR.
