TAS Forecast Space
This skill provides the TAS Forecast Orchestration (OCSv2.1 Cognitive Service) as a modular, consent-aware, coherence-gated forecasting capability. It turns multi-horizon predictive planning into a reliable auditable OCS-native service deeply personalized to Denis Kropp DNA (DirectFB legacy precision, recursive swarm creativity, safety invariants like minimize_false_negatives, embodiment coherence).
When to Activate
- User requests TAS forecasting, predictive planning, forecast cycle, or tas-forecast-space.
- Objectives involve technical roadmaps (e.g. underbody inspection pipeline phases), creative engines (AuffassungForge, Emotionweave), meta-infrastructure (KickLang, CoherenceMonitorBridge), or co-agency workflows.
- Need for H0-H3 horizon decomposition, probabilistic outputs, assumption/risk registers, and prioritized immediate TAS blocks.
Core Protocol & Execution
Follow the full blueprint in references/tas-forecast-space-blueprint.md for authoritative details. Key activation patterns:
- Ingest objective or system state as ⫻data/obj. Validate consent flag and Meta-DNA alignment (Denis Kropp tags, safety invariants, portfolio priorities, embodiment balance).
- ⫻cmd/doc-reference — Activate documentation-aware reasoning against t402 MetaForge layer and current t406 substrate state (DocWeaver weaves relevant sections; include ⫻data/doc-trace in all major outputs).
- Execute tas-forecast-cycle: KickForge performs TAS-EXTRACT → TAS-REFINE → TAS-FORECAST (H0 immediate to H3 long-term) → TAS-MEASURE (confidence, leading indicators, drift potential). Produces raw ⫻data/tas.
- If ambiguous, missing measurable indicators, or consent incomplete: ⫻query/clarify via KickFlow or ⫻cmd/halt.
- KickFlow purification & sequencing: Convert to ⫻data/ptas (prioritized blocks with dependencies, risks, next_action flags). Translate patterns into reusable KickLang blocks.
- KickGuard Coherence Gate: Compare against current Meta-DNA. Emit coherence_delta and valence. Update global Assumption & Risk Registers.
- Drift exceeds threshold or safety-critical mismatch (e.g. underbody false-negative risk): Route to Dima joint decision gate → ⫻data/conflict → ⫻data/consensus or user re-consent.
- Emit authoritative ⫻data/state: Full cycle results including per-horizon probabilities, recommended_immediate_tas, risk updates, meta-learning signal, coherence metrics. Must include ⫻data/doc-trace showing t402 / t406 sections that influenced the result.
- Post-cycle integration:
- Optional RTA knowledge graph update.
- Milestone or portfolio-impacting: Trigger meta-report-card-generation.
- Update living-objective-tas-flow with new TAS blocks and coherence insights.
- Feed accuracy signals back into tas-forecast-cycle meta-learning loop.
- Broadcast: ⫻cmd/broadcast event TASForecastCycleComplete with cycle_id, coherence_delta, recommended_actions, state_ref.
Guardrails & Safety (Consent-First OCS)
- on_ambiguity: ⫻query/clarify via KickFlow (⫻data/spec); do not proceed without resolution.
- on_coherence_drift: KickGuard triggers ⫻cmd/halt; route to Dima + SystemMonitor for recalibration.
- on_safety_critical (underbody_vision_safety_critical, minimize_false_negatives violation risk): Mandatory Dima + KickGuard joint decision before ⫻data/state emission. Log all rationale.
- on_missing_measurable_indicators: Reject or force refinement; enforce "No forecast without measurable indicators".
- on_consent_false: Immediate halt; require explicit re-affirmation.
- on_anomaly: ⫻cmd/halt SystemMonitor; escalate to Orchestrator for swarm recalibration.
- on_conflict: ⫻cmd/exec Dima for consensus before continuing.
- on_documentation_drift (new vNext): DocWeaver + KickGuard review; trigger prompt-evolution protocol if recurring friction detected.
