Superman

Produce a launch-ready plan without implementing it. Keep the user's goal authoritative and all review loops bounded.

• Read references/reviewers.md before the first external review or after reviewer failure.
• Use scripts/review.py for every external review call.

Input

Accept idea text or one readable Markdown spec, plus:

• --n <2..6>: discovery directions; default 3.
• --output <path>: final plan; default <PROJECT_ROOT>/plan.md.
• --host, --reviewer, --review-model: reviewer overrides.

Reject invalid input or an unconfirmed overwrite. Run inside a Git repository. Create .superman/<timestamp>/, preserve the exact input as source.md, and keep intermediate artifacts there.

Workflow

1. Discover: Apply gen-idea to raw ideas. For a resolved spec, verify it and ask only for material gaps. Write spec.md.
2. Architect review: Ask the external reviewer to challenge goal fidelity, architecture, interfaces, risks, and omissions. Apply sound findings; route intent and tradeoff decisions to the user. Stop after two rounds.
3. Plan: Apply gen-plan to the reviewed spec and write plan.md.
4. Engineer review: Ask the external reviewer to challenge completeness, feasibility, dependencies, edge cases, and verification. Stop after two rounds.
5. Gate: Ask one independent native reviewer and the external reviewer for GO or NO-GO. Fix blockers and retry once. Never turn a malformed or missing verdict into GO.
6. Finalize: Copy the reviewed plan to --output and record review rounds, gate verdicts, remaining decisions, and one status:
   • reviewed: converged: both reviews cleared and both gate reviewers returned GO.
   • reviewed: partially_converged: a review capped or only one independent GO remained.
   • blocked: the final gate remained NO-GO or a blocking decision remains.

If an external review fails, offer one retry, then disable it or stop as the user chooses. Disabling it caps the status at partially_converged. Never modify source code, commit, or begin execution.

Report the final plan, work directory, reviewer/model, verdicts, status, and open decisions.
