Routing
- If topic involves cybersecurity, threat actors, IOCs, malware, TTPs, or adversary tracking → use Threat Intelligence framework
- Else → use General Research framework
General Research
- If user query is broad → expand into 3-5 specific sub-queries before searching
- If seeking a spec or number → include unit and year in the query ("NVMe read speed MB/s 2024")
- If official documentation exists → use it; skip all blogs on that topic
- If fact is time-sensitive (prices, versions, availability) → verify recency before citing

- If 2 domain categories corroborate → MEDIUM confidence
- If single source only → LOW confidence; flag for further collection
- Default → require triangulation before publishing; normalize IOCs to STIX 2.1; BLUF format
