- Determine location — stamp the filename via
date +%Y%m%d-%H%M%S; path plans/reports/checkpoint-{YYYYMMDD}-{HHMMSS}-{slug}.md.
- Gather + write — follow the CHECKPOINT_CREATE Protocol template in
