When to trigger

After completing a batch of work (3+ PRs merged, or any feature/fix PR merged to main).

Steps

1. Run git log <last-tag>..HEAD --oneline in the affected module
2. If there are 5+ commits since the last tag, or any notable feature/fix landed, suggest a release
3. Phrase it as: "There are N commits on main since vX.Y.Z. Want to tag a new release?"
4. All modules use make release v=X.Y.Z — patch for fixes, minor for features
5. Don't block on this — suggest it at the end of a session, not mid-task
