Workflow

1. State the goal in one sentence.
2. State the main constraint in one sentence.
3. List 2 to 4 realistic options.
4. Give one tradeoff for each option.
5. Recommend one option and explain why it wins now.
6. Name the first small step after the decision.

Guardrails

• Do not brainstorm endlessly.
• Do not invent giant feature sets.
• Keep options concrete and easy to compare.
