Trigger this skill whenever a user submits a PRD, brief, research report, strategy doc, journey map, persona set, or any artifact that contains assertions, requirements, or recommendations. Also trigger when a user asks to write, critique, or format a hypothesis; wants to generate GitHub issues or EPICs from a hypothesis; needs to pre-register a hypothesis for V&V tracing; asks how to split work into vertical slices; or needs a progressive validation test plan to validate assumptions at the lowest fidelity before building.
