- Config files: tsconfig.json, .eslintrc, .prettierrc, rustfmt.toml, .editorconfig
- CI/CD: .github/workflows, .gitlab-ci.yml, Jenkinsfile, Dockerfile
- Framework indicators: next.config.js, nuxt.config.ts, angular.json, etc.

Rules
