Auto Port Scanning

Android Wireless Debugging changes port on:

• WiFi disconnect/reconnect
• Screen lock/unlock
• Wireless debugging toggle

The system automatically:

1. Detects connection failure

4. Updates config with new port
5. Reconnects automatically
