HeddleCo

Drive the `heddle` version-control CLI correctly as an agent — the command mental model (capture/commit/push, start/ready/land, discuss/context/review), the `--output json` machine contract and per-verb schemas, the exit-code contract (75 = only safe-retry), `--op-id` idempotent replay, attribution, delegated scoped tokens, and the hosted push flow.
