From the User

• Tone or emphasis (optional): technical excellence, leadership, mentorship, collaboration, etc.

Instructions

Phase 1 - Gather Inputs

1. Check what the user has provided. Recipient name, relationship, and at least one achievement or strength are required. If the user provides only a name, ask for their relationship and what specifically they'd like to highlight.

Phase 2 - Draft the Recommendation

2. Write the recommendation. It should:

   • Be written in first person from the user's perspective.
   • Open by establishing the relationship and context.
   • Highlight specific achievements, strengths, or qualities with concrete examples where possible.
   • Feel sincere and personal, not templated or generic.
   • Be concise (3-5 sentences is ideal for LinkedIn recommendations).
   • Close with a genuine endorsement.

3. Present the draft to the user. Ask if they want to adjust the emphasis, tone, or add/remove specific points.

Phase 3 - Refine
