Control Spotify playback via spotify-ctl.
Setup
The script lives alongside this skill at spotify-ctl. Ensure it's on PATH (e.g. symlink to ~/.local/bin/spotify-ctl).
Requires ~/.config/spotify-api/credentials.json and ~/.config/spotify-api/tokens.json.
