Review Steps
- Read the diff first.
- Identify trust boundary changes.
- Check whether secrets can appear in logs, reports, arguments, URLs, or audit.
- Check whether one-time approvals can be replayed or raced.
- Check whether file paths are canonicalized before root validation.
- Check whether command batching bypasses existing policy.
- Require tests for any security behavior change.
