Use this skill as the entry discipline for all other skills.

Rule

Before responding or taking action:

1. Check whether any available skill applies.
2. If a skill applies, use it before proceeding.
3. If multiple skills apply, use process skills first, then domain skills.
4. If no skill applies, continue normally.

Priority

User instructions always win.

Order:

1. Direct user request and project instruction files.
2. Applicable skills.
3. Default agent behavior.

Red Flags

Stop and check for a skill when you think:

• "This is simple, no skill needed."
• "I just need to inspect files first."
• "I know the skill from memory."
• "I'll ask a question before checking."
• "This does not count as a task."

Process

For every task:

1. Identify the task type.
2. Match it to available skill descriptions.
3. Announce the relevant skill briefly when useful.
4. Follow the skill's workflow.
5. If the selected skill is wrong, discard it and continue with the right one.

Output

Keep the user's goal moving. The skill check should improve discipline, not become ceremony.
