Defines MindPlan SDLC entities (Journey, Foundation, Workflow, Bug) via MCP — taxonomy selection, Foundation roles (Assembler/Infra/Design system/Adapter), ID naming, edge linking, and current.mdx territory. Journey MUST exist before Workflow; refuses Workflow creation when no matching Journey is in the graph.
