Retrieve and analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ratings and scores for public companies using the Octagon Claude plugin.

Prerequisites

Ensure the Octagon Claude plugin is installed and configured in Claude Code before invoking this skill.

Workflow

1. Identify Analysis Parameters

Determine the following before querying:

• Ticker: Stock symbol (e.g., MSFT, AAPL, TSLA)
• Specific metrics (optional): ESG score, environmental score, social score, governance score, industry rank

2. Execute Query via the Octagon Claude plugin

Use the octagon-agent tool with a natural language prompt:
