Planning Backwards Best Practices

Goal

1. Work backwards from highest leverage thing we could do. For example goal of $100,000,000 in revenue by X date.
2. We ask ourselves what are the highest leverage things we could do from an economic perspective and how can we build systems to deliver that?
3. We ask ourselves, what does it take on the physical and software side to roll this out?
4. We do not start with requirements. That's at the end once we've gone through the previous steps.
