When to use

Backend dependency — intentionally still blocked, not wired

- Why this isn't routed through
run_judgment_agent like the other commerce-design skill: an
LLM guessing trademark conflicts from training-data knowledge alone, with no real trademark-search
backend, would produce a confident-sounding but unverified clean: true/false -- a false-confidence
legal-risk problem for a merch pipeline, not a missing-wiring problem. This needs either a real
USPTO/TMDN API integration, or at minimum routing through the existing Brave/Exa SearchService
(the same way fetch-signals already does) for grounded search results, before it's safe to wire.
Model
deepseek-direct/deepseek-chat to summarize matches; deterministic pass/fail on exact-mark hits.
