Structured response to change triggers using PSP/TSP measurement and PRISM principles.

Steps

1. Acknowledge the change trigger and load current sprint stories and estimations
2. Analyze change impact using PRISM principles (Predictability, Resilience, Intentionality, Sustainability)
3. Re-estimate affected stories using PROBE method
4. Generate sprint change proposal with metrics and options (absorb/defer/swap/descope)
5. Update estimation history and communicate adjustments to the team
