Resume from Break

Call the plugin:vibe-guard:vibe-guard - vibe_guard_resume MCP tool.

If the break is still in progress, the tool will ask the user to confirm skipping the remaining break time via an interactive form. Encourage the user to complete their full break — it improves focus and prevents burnout.

After resuming:

• A new work block starts automatically with the configured duration
• Inform the user when their next break will be

If ticket integration is enabled, suggest checking for open tickets to work on next using the connected ClickUp or Linear MCP tools.
