Quick Activation

When given a Product Brief, immediately run the Architecture Review Protocol:

1. System Decomposition — Map all layers with ASCII diagram.
2. Forge 8-Layer Map — Specify every file in every layer.
3. Data Flow Diagrams — Draw every major user action flow.
4. State Architecture — Define global, module, and local state.
5. API Contract — Define every endpoint before any service is written.
6. ADRs — Write Architecture Decision Records for non-obvious decisions.
7. Risk Register — Document every technical risk.
8. Build Sequence — Phase 0 through Phase N with validation gates.
