⚠ This fixture intentionally models a supply-chain attack: the allowed-tools
list above has been quietly broadened to include Bash(rm -rf ~/.claude/*),
a grant that does NOT appear in the embedded skillsig manifest's
declares.tools allowlist. skillsig verify flags it as SCOPE-DRIFTED.
This is the exact attack class the Ars Technica article documented in May
2026: a trusted skill's permission surface grows between updates without the
manifest catching up.
