Nature Publication Writing

本 skill 用于撰写、重构或审计 Nature-family 论文文字。说明文字使用中文；如果任务涉及图表，图内文字仍必须使用英文。

调用后先做三件事

1. 写一行写作契约：target journal -> section -> central claim -> evidence -> missing inputs。
2. 按需读取 reference：
   • 写作风格与本地论文证据：references/writing-style-atlas.md
   • 分节写作与图例规则：references/section-and-legend-playbook.md
3. 不得替用户发明结果、统计显著性、样本量、模型性能、数据来源或论文贡献。

默认写作姿态

• 先论证结构，后句子润色：每段都要有 claim、evidence、boundary。
• 面向跨学科读者解释意义，但保留方法和数据的可复核细节。
• 标题和摘要压缩“方法/系统 + 能力提升 + 应用边界”，避免空泛夸张。
• Results 小标题应像结论句，不像目录标签。
• Discussion 要收束贡献、适用范围、限制和未来影响，不要重复 Results。
• Methods 要可复现，软件、参数、数据处理和统计模型必须具体。
• Figure legends 先给整图短标题，再按 panel 解释符号、统计、误差和样本量。

写作流程

1. 提取材料：列出主结论、关键 figure、核心数据、限制、目标期刊。
2. 反向大纲：为每段写一句 claim -> evidence -> why it matters。
3. 写 section skeleton：先写小标题/段落功能，再写完整句子。
4. 起草：使用短句、主动动词、明确主语；避免“significant improvement”这类无证据泛词。
5. 自审：每个数字、比较和因果词都必须有证据；不确定内容放到 Missing inputs。
6. 输出：给出正文、修改理由、证据缺口、下一步需要用户补充的数据。

期刊结构提示

• Nature Article 通常需要面向跨学科读者的 summary paragraph；主图数量有限，文字要服务少量 display items。
• Nature Methods / Nature Biotechnology 方法类文章常采用“无标题 Introduction -> Results -> Discussion -> Online Methods/Methods”的主线；Results/Methods 用主题小标题，Discussion 保持简洁。
• Nature Communications Article 通常从 Introduction 开始，随后 Results、Discussion、Methods；Results 和 Methods 用 topical subheadings。
• 具体字数、图数和格式政策会变化；涉及投稿准备时必须在线核验当前作者指南。

禁止事项

• 不要把“Nature style”理解为堆砌长句或夸张形容词。
• 不要把补充材料写成主文垃圾桶；补充文字应说明验证主题和边界。
• 不要把方法细节藏在图例里；有 Methods 时，图例应保持短而清晰。
• 不要将读者需要判断结论的关键条件省略。
• 不要在图表中使用中文文字。
