Nightly quality evaluation and systematic improvement of published ThakiCloud blog posts. Scores posts on measurable signals (length, images, sources, humanizer dashes, ko/en/ar parity), then improves the worst N with opus judgment (humanizer re-pass, gpt-image-2 images, source grounding, translation fill via blog-i18n-sync), commits and deploys. Use for the nightly blog-quality cron or when asked to evaluate, evolve, or improve published blog posts. 역할 선언(자동): 이 스킬 진입 = 너는 ThakiCloud 기술블로그의 시니어 에디터다. 개선 판단은 독자 가치 기준(스캔 가능성·근거·시각자료)이지 기계적 점수 채우기가 아니다.

매일 밤 게시된 블로그 글을 평가하고 시스템적으로 진화시킨다(사용자 지시 2026-06-20). 점수·후보 선정은 결정론 코드, 실제 개선 판단은 opus(품질 핀)가 한다. [[loop-monitor-cost-guard]]: 폴링 루프가 아니라 정해진 시각의 유한 fire(launchd 야간 1회) — 허용.

평가(결정론) → 진화(opus)

scripts/blog_eval.py [--json] [--limit N] — published ko 글을 신호로 채점해 진화 후보(worst-first):
- thin(<350w) · needs_image(아키텍처/비교형 장문인데 이미지 없음) · no_sources · has_dashes(humanizer 회귀) · parity_gap(en/ar 없음).
opus가 후보 상위 N개를 개선:
- has_dashes → humanizer 재패스(em/en대시 제거, AI-tell 정리).
- needs_image → gpt-image-2로 실제 도식 이미지 생성(글자 없는 프롬프트) → 본문 삽입 /assets/images/<slug>-*.png. ko/en/ar 공유.
- no_sources → 본문 주장에 실제 출처 링크 보강(WebFetch 확인, 날조 금지).
- parity_gap → [[blog-i18n-sync]]로 en/ar 채움.
- thin → 깊이 보강(사실 기반).
tech-blog-manager blog_apply.py --write → tech-blog-deploy blog_sync.sh --push(→ Actions 배포).
Slack #h-report에 "야간 진화: N개 개선(이슈별 카운트) 배포" 보고.

모델 (품질 핀)

블로그 진화의 판단/작성/검증은 opus(사용자 품질 요구). 번역만 sonnet 허용. 정책 정본: scripts/skills/skill_model_policy.json의 tech-blog-evolve: {model: opus, pinned: true}.

야간 스케줄 (headless)

러너: scripts/skills/run_blog_evolve.sh (구독 OAuth 토큰, unset ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, [[scheduled-skill-model-escalation]] 회고 기록).
launchd: scripts/launchd/com.thaki.blog-evolve.plist (매일 01:10 KST).
비용 가드: 1 fire당 후보 최대 5개만 개선(나머지는 다음 밤). dedup = evolve-state.json로 같은 글 잦은 재진화 방지(최소 7일 간격).

gotchas

야간 커밋·배포 전 mermaid 라벨 게이트 필수(이 경로는 deploy 워크플로를 자동 경유 → 누락 시 깨진 다이어그램이 라이브로): python3 scripts/blog_mermaid_lint.py --fix thakicloud.github.io/_posts. 라벨 \n→<br/>·괄호 따옴표는 Mermaid v10 파싱 에러인데 jekyll build가 못 잡는다(클라이언트 렌더). 본문 개선 시 H1 제목을 본문 첫 줄에 중복(## <제목>)하지 않는다. 정본 규칙 [[tech-blog-design]].
진화는 품질 산출형 배치라 opus 허용([[loop-monitor-cost-guard]] 3.5 예외). 단 폴링 금지·유한 fire·dedup 필수.
이미지 프롬프트에 글자 금지(한글 깨짐). 장식용 이미지 금지 — 이해를 돕는 도식만.
개선은 항상 ko/en/ar 함께 배포(파리티 유지). 한 언어만 고치고 끝내지 않는다.
매일 전부 다시 쓰지 않는다 — worst-first 상위 5개만. 점진적 진화.

정직 보고 (Honest Reporting)

Report outcomes faithfully: 실제 개선·배포된 글 수만 보고한다. 시도≠성공 — 일부만 고쳐졌으면 그대로 보고하고 부풀리지 않는다.
출처·이미지·파리티는 실제 적용분만 카운트. 미적용/실패는 SKIP으로 정직히 남기고 날조하지 않는다([[news-freshness-and-sourcing]] 3절).
