Purpose
Run a personal ability operating system centered on scenario judgment rather than generic self-discipline. Use this skill to help the user complete, plan, review, or improve a recurring workflow that connects:
signal intake -> scenario judgment -> language expression -> market calibration -> social practice -> weekly/monthly asset
This is a total-control/orchestrator skill. It should not replace deeper domain skills. It should route work to existing specialized skills when the task clearly belongs to them, then integrate their outputs into one coherent personal growth loop.
Core Principle
Do not treat the five modules as equal daily checklist items. Always organize them around one weekly theme and one daily scenario.
The main line is:
- Build scenario judgment.
- Use information intake as raw material.
- Use language as expression of judgment.
- Use market review as value calibration.
- Use social practice as real-world validation.
- Convert weekly work into an asset.

Routing Rules
- If the request is about new information intake, invoke or recommend the relevant intake skill first, then extract no more than three signals.
- If the request is about a specific scenario, use
scenario-harness-architect for deep analysis unless the user explicitly wants only a short daily entry.
- If the request is about jobs/BOSS/market value, use the job-market calibration module. If the dedicated skill is missing, use the manual job template.
- If the request is about workplace, relationships, communication, or social practice, use the social practice module. If the dedicated skill is missing, use the manual social experiment template.
- If the user gives many possible tasks, choose one theme and one scenario; do not produce a broad unprioritized list.
- If energy or time is unclear, default to the 60-minute standard flow.

Use references/weekly-themes.md when the user asks for theme ideas. Prioritize themes that produce market-visible assets:

- Frontend complex interaction and design systems.
- Game systems and economies.
- Embedded / IoT constraints.
- Workplace social practice for technical people.
Output Discipline
Always make the user's judgment explicit. Avoid turning the report into passive notes.
Every daily or weekly output should include:
- Core judgment: the user's current position.
- Trade-off: what is gained and what is sacrificed.
- Evidence: which signal, market item, scenario fact, or social case supports it.
- Action: what to do next.
Do not overfill the day. If the plan becomes too broad, compress it back to:
one theme -> one scenario -> one judgment -> one expression -> one calibration -> one action
Anti-Patterns
Avoid these patterns:
- Turning the workflow into a generic habit checklist.
- Consuming Hacker News or GitHub Trending without extracting a judgment.
- Doing scenario analysis without constraints, trade-offs, or failure modes.
- Practicing English/Japanese with unrelated sentences.
- Looking at job posts until the user becomes anxious.
- Reflecting on social practice without designing a real action experiment.
- Producing many notes but no weekly or monthly asset.
- Letting AI make final human judgments without marking assumptions.
