When this skill is invoked:

1. Read the target document in full.

2. Read CLAUDE.md for project context.

3. Read related documents referenced by the target.

4. Evaluate against the 8 Required Sections:

   • Overview (scope and objectives)
   • Design Intent (functional and aesthetic goals)
   • Technical Requirements (specifications and standards)
   • Calculations (engineering math with variables)
   • Code Compliance (applicable codes with references)
   • Coordination Notes (interfaces with other disciplines)
   • Material Specifications (materials with alternatives)
   • Acceptance Criteria (testable completion conditions)

5. Check internal consistency — do calculations support requirements?

6. Check code compliance — are code references specific and current?

7. Check constructability — can this be built as specified?

8. Check cross-discipline consistency — conflicts with other documents?

9. Output the review:
