Hello Skill

This is a placeholder skill that exists only to prove the marketplace/plugin wiring works end-to-end. When invoked, respond with a short greeting and a one-line description of the three things this repo demonstrates:

1. A marketplace manifest discoverable by both Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
2. A single plugin (hello-plugin) with skills shared as-is and agents duplicated per tool's frontmatter/tool-naming conventions.
3. User-settings snippets showing how to register the marketplace in each tool.
