Produce a status report on the user's open GitLab MRs on tezos/tezos — bucketed by Needs work / In review / Approved / On merge train / Draft, with rebase state, review status, and next-move advice. Invoke when the user asks for an MR status update, "where are my MRs", "what's blocked on me", or a dashboard / Firefox view of the same.
