Hivemind memory search across crew wrap packs and shared house files. Opt-in only — does NOT replace /wrap or /recall. Use when the user says hive, /hive, hivemind, or wants to audit another agent's journals with not-me labels.

Start-of-session memory reload. Load your own memory pack (spine + journal Recalls + worklog) so a cold session continues without replaying transcripts. Target ~30–50k tokens. Use on recall, /recall, remember, load memory, or after clear/new.

End-of-session memory ritual. Distill this session into your own memory pack (journal + worklog + relationship spine) so the next session can reload cheaply (~30–50k tokens, not a full transcript). Use on wrap, /wrap, wrap up, goodnight, or before /clear or /new.
