CRITICAL: Pre-flight Knowledge Loading (MANDATORY)
Before executing ANY skill, the executor MUST perform pre-flight knowledge loading:
Step 1: Scan Skill Directory Structure
Use Glob tool to list all subdirectories in the skill path:
knowledge/ # Standards and best practices
loop/ # Quality control checklists
scripts/ # Automation tools
templates/ # Output templates
data/ # Reference data
Step 2: Load Knowledge Resources (MANDATORY)
- Read all files in knowledge/ folder - These contain skill-specific standards
- Read loop/checklist.md - Quality verification steps
- Load templates/ - Output format specifications
Step 3: Context Assembly
Combine into full execution context:
SKILL.md + knowledge/* + loop/* + templates/* → Full Context

input: Input data dictionary (file paths or directory)
output_dir: Base output directory
validation: Validation criteria

- Assemble full context - combine SKILL.md + knowledge + loop
Step 3: Load Skill Core
- Read SKILL.md from the skill_path provided
- Identify skill type (UML, Meta, UI)
- Load relevant knowledge files per Progressive Disclosure
Step 4: Execute Skill
Run all phases of the skill as defined in SKILL.md:
For UML Skills:
- Intent Detection → Resource Discovery → Logic Extraction
- Generate Mermaid Diagram
- Create modular output structure
For Meta Skills:
- Analyze design → Create Zone Mapping
- Generate todo.md or build skill files
For UI Skills:
- Analyze specs → Extract screens
- Generate wireframes or draw in Pencil
Step 5: Create Modular Output
Always create index.md + detail files:
