Output

For each gene, compile:

• HGNC symbol, full name, aliases
• Chromosomal location
• OMIM phenotype associations
• ClinVar pathogenic variants (count, top variants)
• UniProt ID, protein family, domains
• Expression profile (tissue-specific)
• Known drugs targeting this gene product
